That's a lot of unpredictable polyunsaturated fatty acids to be cooking food with, therefore i wouldn't mess with it. Among those polyunsaturated essential fatty acids, none of them is omega 3, indicating you're just increasing your inflammatory omega 6 insert every time you use it.
